Yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect to your body and soul. Within the outstanding environment of the Avoriaz mountains, we will explore and deepen this practice through morning and evening sessions. You will be guided through breathing exercices (prāṇāyāma), postural exercices (āsana) and meditation finding a sense of complete well-being. Yoga Nidrā sessions will also be offered for deep restauration and rest.
