03 Oct Let’s help Swami’s children

Namaste.
As you may know, our dear Swami Prabodhji has been running a Children’s Home in Haripad, Kerala, India for the past six years. This Children’s Home was started in the name of his Guru Swami Dayananda, who inspired Swamiji to care for orphans and children from the under privileged sections who are forced to do Child Labour otherwise.
So far Swamiji has been able to help 20 kids to live in his ashram where they receive food, accommodation, education, clothes and all the love and fun a child requires till they complete school/college and find an appropriate work to stand on their own feet.
Swami will be in Como for the Lake Como Meditation & Yoga Escape and we are organising a fund raise to help these children.
On November 9th at 5pm you can meet and talk to Swami at Bar Regina, Grand Hotel Imperiale in Moltrasio while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea with sweets. Take time to walk through the amazing photography exhibition by Ezio Grandi a visual journey through India and end your afternoon with a 3 course Indian Dinner, starting at 8pm at Imperialino Restaurant.
The cost per person is 60€ including afternoon tea & dinner (wine is excluded). 15€ per each participant will be donated to Swami Dayananda’s Gurukulam. Swami Prabodh will then send us a receipt with the total amount donated.
